  • Explore the Open-Air Museum, where you’ll find beautifully reconstructed shrines, including the Red Chapel of Hatshepsut.
  • Visit the Temple of Mut, dedicated to Amun’s consort, and the Temple of Khonsu, a well-preserved temple at the southern end of Karnak.

Evening: Magical Night Experience

  • Return for the Karnak Sound & Light Show, a dramatic retelling of Egypt’s history, with the temple beautifully illuminated under the stars.

Karnak + Luxor Temple Half-Day Itinerary

If you have only half a day, combine Karnak with Luxor Temple:
